Questions about paying
Your dashboard stays accessible so you can renew at any time, but the player stops accepting new song requests and shows a subscription-expired message to customers. Renewing reactivates requests immediately.
Venues in India pay in INR through Razorpay — UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. Venues outside India pay in USD through our international gateway. Monthly, quarterly and yearly billing cycles are available on every plan.
That is yours to configure. By default a verified customer can request one song every 15 minutes, with a daily cap and a maximum queue size. You can tighten or relax all three from your settings.
