Keeping song requests family-friendly without killing the fun

Filtering is layered, not magic

No system reads every lyric of every track in every language. Ours doesn't either, and we won't claim it does. What it does is stack five independent checks so a bad track has to get past all of them:

• The provider's own explicit-content flag
• Title and artist metadata rules
• A platform-wide blocked list
• Your venue's blocked list
• Reports from the people in the room

The setting that matters most

Strict Safe is the default for a reason. It blocks explicit tracks outright and routes anything ambiguous to Needs Approval. For a family restaurant or a salon, leave it there.

Use the report button

The fifth layer only works if your customers use it. The report button sits on every queue item — reports land in your dashboard, and repeated reports flag a song automatically.
